I first heard of Reiki back in the early 1990’s through my mother and grandmother. Having begun their training, they needed someone to practice hand positions and attunements on and being a captive audience, I slowly learned each of the Usui levels.

 

Eventually I moved on to teaching classes and administering sessions all while working with my mother and grandmother. We were able to study under independent Reiki teachers as well as others through the International Center for Reiki, learning Karuna and Komyo Reiki as part of our goal to keep up with the ever-expanding knowledge base that is Reiki.

Today I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Master Teacher with the first two levels of Komyo Reiki under my belt as well. Based out of Queens, ChoKuReiki proudly serves the 5 boroughs and Long Island area.

In my free time, I am a busy mother of two who enjoys learning languages and experiencing music. 

​

Life is especially busy lately, no matter who you are or what you do. My goal is to help you relieve that stress through educating the community and providing Reiki sessions.
